Why Rousey Will Win
When people in the legal sports betting lines realm tackle this latest UFC extravaganza, they will find it hard to bet against Rousey, who enters as the current UFC bantamweight champion and is as recognized for her arrogance and swagger as she is for her clout inside the ring. Currently undefeated at 6-0, UFC godfather Dana White has long heaped praise on Rousey, saying she can become the face of the sport for women and essentially become the next dominant fighter. While these are both professional fighters and both train tirelessly for this bout, you have to wonder if Rousey’s reputation will play a factor.
Many in the UFC community feel that female fighters simply have gone out of their way to avoid getting in the ring with Rousey. Along the lines of a prime-year Mike Tyson, in a sport like Boxing or MMA, sometimes a fight is as much about the stuff inside the fighters' heads as anything that's inside their gloves (or in this case, fists). If Carmouche is mentally intimidated before the fight even starts she will have no chance in this high-combat version of any online poker games you can find. You have to be as confident in poker as you are in the ring, and if Carmouche doesn't truly believe she can win, she'll become another notch on Rousey's title belt.

Anyone, not just sports bettors or football betting junkies looking for a new post-Super Bowl fix, should keep this in mind about the underdog: One advantage Carmouche has going in her favor is that despite the weight of the two women being the same, she has a couple inches on Rousey, which she must use to her advantage. The other element of this fight to watch is whether Carmouche can push this fight into the second round. As was mentioned earlier, Rousey was won all of her fights in the first round. While it’s natural to think that these fighters can endure for a long period of time, given the shape they are in, Rousey hasn’t been pushed for multiple rounds yet. Can Rousey keep up her physical force for more than one round? The longer the fight goes, the more it favors Carmouche.
